Payment is taken once booking is confirmed prior to the technician performing the work. This allows qualified work to be carried out without disruptions. Pay via Invoice through Bank Transfer, Card Payment or PayID services.

There is a limited warranty or nil warranty on some pests treatments this will be discussed with you and disclosed on the paperwork aswell.
No Refunds on jobs paid for and no refund on jobs cancelled by client. A Rescheduling fee applies of $132 applies. Jobs partly done due to weather or cancelled due to inappropriate weather will not attract a rescheduling fee.

The quote may be charged if deemed necessary by the technician or staff member. This will be discussed with you aswell.
